ABC Property Management has been in the business of serving the real estate investment and management needs of our clients in the Southern California Area since 1930. We manage commercial properties including industrial, but the majority of our management portfolio is dedicated to single family and multi-family residential properties. Our management portfolio includes properties owned by real estate syndications, individual investors, families, ourselves, and, in a few cases, the third and fourth generations of families that we have represented and managed assets for. We custom tailor management programs to suit the needs of each individual property and its owner.
